AT NIGHT it transforms in a dine in experience with full menu, selected wines from our cellar and cocktail bar.
The fourth culinary concept from the restaurant group – following ‘New Italian’ restaurants Alice and Osteria57, and dessert bar and gelateria Pamina –Travelers, Poets & Friends is One More Hospitality’s interpretation of a mindful shopping experience, putting new emphasis on transparency, quality, and continuously supporting the surrounding neighborhood.

Emanuele Nigro Emanuele Nigro is an entrepreneur who has traveled the world, since 20 years he has made New York his headquarter. His talent is the talent of a captain: he takes on all the responsibilities and none of the credit, yet his team wins and the group spirit stays high. He has vision and leads his team toward organic growth without ever compromising the quality of service. His ideas are clear, and his principles solid—like his commitment to respecting the planet with a sustainable approach that’s mindful of the ecosystem we live in.
Chef Riccardo Orfino facts:
Chef Riccardo Orfino is pure talent—a natural-born striker. He began training in the kitchen at a very young age, and not just any kitchen: the Michelin two-starred Aimo e Nadia in Milan. That’s where he developed his palate and honed the skills of a top-class chef. The rest is in his DNA. Raised in Padua, among produce markets and fields bursting with seasonal delicacies at the foot of the Dolomites, his knowledge of ingredients spans nearly every region of the world. Curious as a cat and never done learning, he’s creative yet grounded—managing five restaurants like a conductor leading an orchestra: effortlessly, and always in tune with the bigger picture.

He transforms evenings and nightlife into high-speed machines. An inspired mixologist, he channels the scents, style, and spices of his homeland into cocktails and athmospheres that carry his unmistakable character and creativity. He’s the group’s visual eye. Alessio Morosin facts:
To truly understand Alessio, you just need to watch how carefully he unpacks and inspects the wine deliveries in his cellar. You can see the joy he feels when he opens a case of rare and sublime bottles. For him, is Christmas every day.
Over the years, he has built a wine cellar that’s deep and refined—like an art collection, curated through research, conversations with distributors, endless tastings, travels, and vision.
If you’re sipping a glass of wine at one of our restaurants and Alessio is around, ask him why he chose that bottle, there’s always a story behind it, and when he tells it, that sip turns into a film.
